I hope the week is rolling smoothly for you. I know Texas weather is behaving funny these days. It is somewhere in between sun, rain and thunderstorms. Well something funny happened last evening. Not exactly funny but relaxing for me. So I had my dinner pretty early. Nothing special , just made Sriracha Honey Tofu. I was little tired and thought of taking a quick nap. This quick nap went on for 12 hours straight. Haha. Like 8 pm to 8 am. It was so relaxing. Once in a while, taking long sleep break is super fun. I call it Sleep Marathon. Going to Zzzzz now 😉
