King Spa

Love, This blog is about how I spent my last weekend. Here I am sharing my heavenly experience at King Spa & Water Park. I was randomly browsing for Spa and Sauna places and luckily found King Spa and Sauna. This is an unique Korean inspired spa which offers great relaxation to relieve stress from the body and mind.

Groupon

I found a Groupon for this place which was 50% off. No one wants to miss such a great offer. I checked the reviews (most of which were 5 stars) and bought it.

Place

We reached the place Sunday Afternoon. Beautiful entrance. We were asked to remove our footwear before entering the premise. We were provided with lockers and some changing clothes. After that we explored the place a little bit: 9 unique healing sauna rooms, Acupressure massage for the whole body, a pool to relax in, and a movie theater for entertainment. There was food court at the heart of this place.

Sauna

We started with Various Sauna Rooms. To relieve the stress, to relax mind & body, to restore body health, Sauna can be amazing. All the rooms had one of the Earth’s natural elements of crystals, salt, soil, stone and wood. These were infused with heat in each room to give different experience. The domed sauna in the Fire Sudatorium encircles entrants in the room’s dry-heat and oak-tree aromatherapy, whereas the low temperature of the Ice room encourages blood flow. In the heated Base Rock room, slabs of Siraka stone deploy infrared rays into prostrate patrons, inciting increased circulation and lymphatic drainage. After a full blown experience with Sauna, we relaxed bit watching game. Later we walked around the pool area and stepped in Jacuzzi.

Food

After spending much needed relaxing time, we ordered some yummy things for our tummy. Full Korean delicacy. Tables were arranged in a way that you sit on floor and eat. It was different and as per some readings, sitting at floor and eating is a healthy way of having food. Well we wrapped our day there.

Not to miss there were Massage and Manicure – Pedicure corners.
